The client runs line dancing classes in Queensland's Sunshine Coast.

They were looking for a website that would complement their Facebook page, provide their members and the public with latest news and dancing classes as well as a centre piece for video content storage and distribution.

Key requirements were the bright colours and the ability to manage memberships and securely store and distribute video content.

• The client required content management. Joomla CMS was selected for its flexibility and features.

• This included a timetable component for managing dancing classes and a testimonials component for written and video testimonials..

• A video gallery / player was required for members to access and play dance videos.

• AWS was used for video content storage and content distribution which required development of a custom plugin to manage access securely.

• A custom component was also required for distributing content to members on anniversaries including birthdays and memberships.

• The client required the site to be hosted and managed. The site was established on a linux server running apache, php and mysql.

• Handover documentation included detailed user guides on backend management.

• The project was delivered using agile Scrum. With regular sprints and client feed back ensuring the result met the clients expectations and was completed on time.
